Terms of Service

1. The service
MARKFOLDS ("we", "us") provides a self-serve AI design studio at markfolds.com for printed brand materials such as gift cards, thank-you notes, inserts, and related product packaging assets. Signed-in users can generate front and back designs from brand inputs and export production files (PNG, and SVG on eligible plans).
2. Accounts
You need an account to use the generator. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Authentication is provided through our identity provider.
3. Plans, quotas, and credits
Plans include monthly generation credits and separate PNG and SVG credits where shown. Each Front + Back generation uses 2 generation credits — 1 for Front and 1 for Back. Each new Front + Back PNG version uses 2 PNG credits; downloading that same saved version again uses no additional PNG credits. New or regenerated Front + Back SVG files consume 2 SVG credits; downloading the same saved SVG files again does not consume additional credits. Included quotas reset monthly and do not roll over. One-time credit packs add generation credits, while eligible redemption codes may add generation, PNG, and SVG credits. Credit pack purchases are processed by Stripe.
4. Your content and generated output
You retain rights to the brand information you submit. Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use the card designs you generate for your own commercial purposes, including print and packaging. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs (names, logos, text) do not infringe third-party rights.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to create unlawful, infringing, or deceptive material, to attempt to extract our private prompt logic, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. AI output disclaimer
Designs are generated by AI models and may contain imperfections. Review every design before printing or distributing it. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Payments and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
