Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. If you were charged in error (for example a duplicate charge or a renewal after a confirmed cancellation), contact us and we will refund the erroneous charge.

2. Credit packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Unused credit packs purchased in the last 14 days can be refunded on request. Once generation credits from a pack have settled against artwork, that pack is no longer refundable.

3. Failed generations

Each Front + Back generation uses 2 generation credits — 1 for Front and 1 for Back. If the provider never starts, or both sides are proven terminal failures, 0 generation credits settle. If one side succeeds and the other is a proven terminal failure, 1 credit settles and the other is released. An uncertain response after a provider call starts stays held for safe reconciliation rather than being refunded or retried blindly. If you believe credits were counted incorrectly, contact us and we will review the affected run.

4. How to request a refund

Reach out with the email on your account and the approximate purchase date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
