1. What we collect
Account data (name, email) through our authentication provider; the brand inputs you submit to the generator (store name, URL, colors, tone, copy preferences); generated design records and export events; subscription and credit purchase records; and basic technical logs needed to operate the service.
2. How we use it
To run the generator and produce your designs, enforce plan quotas, show your generation history, process payments, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Processors we rely on
Authentication is handled by Clerk. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers. Design records and generated files are stored in Supabase (private storage). Image generation requests are sent to AI model providers with the design brief needed to produce your card; providers receive design inputs, not your account credentials.
4. Storage and retention
Generation history is kept so you can re-download past work. You can stop using the service at any time; contact us to request deletion of your account data, and we will remove personal data not required for legal or accounting records.
5. Cookies
We use cookies required for sign-in sessions. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Depending on your region (for example under GDPR or similar laws), you may have additional rights. Requests can be made from your account or by contacting us.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
